If your purchase isn’t quite right, please contact us at info@paulinakatarina.com within 7
days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item.


Please note that refunds are not offered, except in cases where an incorrect or faulty item
has been sent.


Exchanges


If a size or style isn’t suitable, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style,
subject to availability.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags
attached
• Once the item has been received and inspected, the exchange will be processed


Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All shipping and handling costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


REFUNDS


Refunds are issued only if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.


If this occurs, please contact us at info@paulinakatarina.com within 7 days of delivery with
details of the issue.
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
• All original tags must remain attached
Once the item has been returned and inspected, a refund (including shipping and handling
charges) will be issued to the original payment method.


CANCELLATIONS


By placing an order on paulinakatarina.com, you acknowledge that delivery delays do not
constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle an order to cancellation.
